Cea Serin release first video off their new album, “The World Outside.”

After more than a decade of turbulence, trials, and tenacity, Cea Serin have returned with their new official music video: “Where None Shall Follow”, the debut song from their long-awaited third album, “The World Outside.”

It’s been 11 years since Cea Serin released new material, and their journey hasn’t been an easy one. The album’s production was slowed by floods, hurricanes, and personal upheaval—but despite it all, the project endured. Now, with the first video finally out in the world, the wait is finally over.

“Where None Shall Follow” is an anthem for the outsider—the individualist who dares to break free from the current of conformity. It’s a call to arms for anyone who's ever stood against the tide, chosen their own path, and faced the consequences. In true Cea Serin fashion, it’s progressive, passionate, and deeply philosophical. The song—as well as all the songs on the album—feature the signature spectrum of sounds Cea Serin is known for. There’s the heavy moments as well as the quiet moments; there’s the positive and the negative; there’s the harshness and the subtlety. Each song is a journey and often comes across as quite cinematic.

The track video features guest solos from Andy Gillion (formerly of Mors Principium Est) and João Miguel (Enblood, Adamantine), both accomplished solo artists known for their technical prowess and emotional range.

But that’s just the beginning. The World Outside is a collaborative opus featuring an array of top-tier musicians:

  • Andy Gillion (solo, ex–Mors Principium Est)

  • Dann Hoyos (Rise to Fall)

  • Vick LeCar (solo artist)

  • Steve Blaze (Lillian Axe)

  • Steffi Cannelli (Cirque du Soleil)

  • João Miguel (Enblood, Adamantine)

  • Manuel Acevedo (SAUDA)

  • Cecillia Cuccolini

  • Coen Strouken (Circus of Fools, Eluveitie)

At its core, Cea Serin remains the duo of Jay Lamm (vocals, bass, guitar, keyboards) and Rory Faciane (drums, percussion). The album was mixed and mastered by Tom MacLean (ex-Haken, ex-To-Mera) at Twelve Tone Studios, giving the release the sonic depth it deserves.

Cea Serin has re-signed with Generation Prog Records, and The World Outside will see its official release on September 12, 2025.
